AI provider charges are separate from Pro. Pro requires online activation and periodic license verification; an existing verified license can work offline for up to 30 days.

A few good questions

Before you
make room.

Does it decide what to delete for me?

No. Suggestions explain recognized cache locations and rebuilding costs. You select the items and confirm before anything moves. File names, colors, and AI advice are guidance—not a guarantee that you won’t need something.

Will Quick Cleanup immediately free up space?

It moves eligible items to Trash. You can restore them while they remain there. The app does not empty Trash, and snapshots, shared APFS blocks, or open files can retain space even after you empty it.

Why does macOS ask for folder access?

macOS controls access to protected locations. You can scan accessible folders or grant the access you choose. Broader scans may benefit from Full Disk Access; unreadable areas are shown as gaps rather than zero bytes.

Is AI included in the price?

No. Local explanations are available without AI. Optional AI uses your own OpenAI API key, and OpenAI bills usage separately. You review the selected metadata before sending it. AI cannot delete files or run commands.

How will buying Pro work?

Once sales open, you’ll pay through Lemon Squeezy’s hosted checkout, receive a license key with your receipt, and paste it into the app’s Pro window. Card details are handled by the checkout provider. Purchases are not open yet.

Which Macs are supported?

The current build targets Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 15 or later. Intel Macs and Windows are not currently supported.
